We Pass It On is built around kindness, generosity, and respect. These guidelines help keep the community welcoming and safe.
Be Kind
Treat every member with dignity, patience, and compassion. Harassment, threats, discrimination, and personal attacks are not permitted.
Give Freely
Items are gifts, not merchandise. Never ask for payment for an item or pressure someone to make an optional contribution.
Be Honest
Use accurate descriptions and authentic photos. Disclose damage or missing parts. Do not misrepresent your identity or eligibility.
Respect Privacy
Do not pressure anyone to discuss their diagnosis, treatment, or prognosis. Never publish another person's shipping address, contact information, or health details without permission.
Share Safe Items
Do not list prescription medication, medical treatments, recalled products, weapons, hazardous materials, illegal goods, or other items that create unreasonable safety risks.
Follow Through
If you offer an item, make reasonable efforts to complete the exchange. If circumstances change, communicate promptly through available platform channels.
Prevent Fraud
Do not send money outside the platform to secure an item. Be cautious of suspicious requests for personal information, payment, or contact outside the service.
Celebrate Generosity
Thank-you messages are encouraged but never required. Share appreciation while respecting the privacy of everyone involved.
Reporting Problems
Report suspected fraud, unsafe listings, harassment, or other concerns to info@wepassiton.com. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the community.
