Shipping & Exchange Policy

We Pass It On helps members share items without an item purchase price. This policy explains how shipping and fulfillment work.
1. Free Items
Members give items freely. Recipients do not pay an item purchase price.
2. Shipping Charges
When an item requires shipping, the recipient pays the quoted shipping charge and the disclosed platform support fee. Optional contributions are voluntary.
The complete amount is shown before payment confirmation.
3. Prepaid Shipping Labels
Where supported, the platform arranges a prepaid label through a shipping service. Donors must package items securely and follow the provided shipping instructions.
Labels must be used only for their designated exchange and package.
4. Shipping Information
Recipients must provide a valid delivery address. Donors must provide accurate sender and package details.
Shipping labels may display both sender and recipient information to the participating parties and carriers.
5. Tracking and Delivery
Tracking may be available after a shipment is prepared or accepted by the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
We are not the shipping carrier and cannot control carrier delays, loss, or damage.
6. Problems With an Exchange
If an item is not shipped, is damaged, goes missing, or differs materially from its listing, contact info@wepassiton.com with the exchange details.
We will review the situation and may assist with carrier inquiries, cancellations, refunds, or other available remedies.
7. Cancellations
If an exchange cannot be completed, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if a shipment needs to be canceled.
